We are licensed and regulated to engage in international financial services by the Government of St. Lucia. Mercatoria (St. Lucia) Ltd. is licensed as a Registered Agent and Mercatoria Trustees Limited is licensed to provide trustee services as a Registered Trustee.

Representative offices are located in the Isle of Man and the UK. In the Isle of Man, Mercatoria Limited offers St. Lucia offshore companies and trusts only to local Isle of Man businesses that are regulated by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission. From our London office, services are promoted to other UK professionals, intermediaries and the wider global market.

The Mercatoria Group is presently experiencing a period of organic growth, with further licensable operations and representative offices planned for the upcoming year.
